About Marc
My name is Marc and I am travelling NZ at the moment. Fitness is my passion and I am currently focussing on increasing my running distance and overall strength myself.
I gave a lot of classes and teachings in Germany where I focussed on High Intensity Intervall Training (HIIT) which has the potential to bring great results. But since it is not everybody's favorite I want to focuson different approaches.
I studied at the German Sports University in Cologne and the Charles University in Prague and always enjoy trying out new ways, exercises or approaches.

Every individuals goals differ and so do rescources like time and equipment. Therefore I always work with a personal approach to be able to take all aspects into consideration.
No matter if losing weight, building muscle, increase endurance or train towards a different goal. We lay out everything together and build a plan that you can follow easily.
I have worked as a coach in Germany and am now traveling NZ (currently in Auckland).
