My approach to tutoring is student-centered, adaptive, and goal-oriented. I believe that every learner is different, so I tailor each lesson to suit the student’s learning style, pace, and academic goals. I use a mix of: Techniques: 1. Interactive questioning to build critical thinking. 2. Visual aids and real-world examples to make abstract concepts relatable. 3. Active recall and spaced repetition techniques for long-term retention. 4. Formative assessment (mini-quizzes, discussion, reflection) to track progress continuously. 5. Encouraging growth mindset and building confidence, especially in students who struggle with certain subjects. I create a safe and encouraging environment, where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes as part of the learning process. Lesson Durations: A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes, which allows time for a focused explanation of key topics, guided practice, and independent work with feedback. For exam preparation or deeper tutoring sessions, I also offer 90-minute lessons, especially useful for older students or more intensive topics. My qualifications & Experience I hold a PhD in Business Administration, MBA - Marketing and BSc in Business Management, and I have over 12 years of experience tutoring students both one-on-one and in small groups. I have successfully prepared learners for: Business - IGCSE, A-Level, and IB exams National exams (e.g., SPM, Matriculation) University applications and entrance tests Coursework guidance and academic writing.
