About Nazaret
I am currently studying higher degree of sport. I have 15 years of experience in athletics and 9 years of experience in kenpo (martial arts). I also have the title of weight room monitor. On many occasions I have worked in the world of sports with children. Also in the world of leisure I have the title of free time monitor and put into practice doing several gymkanas for summer colonies

Depending on the client, the methodology adapts to it. When working with children, it usually focuses on the world of play so that they can play sports as well as activate the cognitive facets so that the training is transversal and complete. I like to convey the philosophy of fair play or fair play with the youngest so that they cultivate these aspects from an early age. With respect to working with adults, I like to focus it on progressive self-improvement, that is, total adaptation to the person's available time, their work situation, their physical form etc ... and based on that I schedule the sessions to obtain the objectives set an effective form
