About Susannah
I'm a fully qualified Personal Trainer, Strength and Conditioning coach and Nutritionist with full First Aid/CPR certification. After dealing depression and anxiety I completely overhauled my diet, trained for bodybuilding competitions and lost 22kg. Then I became a PT to help others do the same.
