I am an advocate currently practicing at High Court of Uttarakhand, specialised in Criminal law, civil law and cyber law. I have done B.A.LL.B ,LL.M. and pursuing Ph.D .I have participated in moots and have researched and published many papers on various topics from the said arena. I prefer teaching students on references, illustrations and examples along with landmark and recent supreme court decisions. I believe in giving the core understanding of the concept rather than mugging up of laws which includes interlinking of various sections . My aim is to make students understand the reationale behind a particular law so that they understand the interpretation of the same and thereby, assist them in increasing their practical knowledge of law.
