About Aslı
Zumba, fitness, pilates. For those who cannot go to the gym due to social disruption, for those who want to exercise comfortably in the comfort of their own home, to lose weight that gained during quarantine days, to get tight, to be healthy, to get rid of boredom, either one-on-one or group lessons. After learning the necessary information such as height, weight, fluid consumption, daily movement diet, we move to group lessons with people who are suitable for a similar sports program, with special programming with those who want one-to-one lessons. If you have equipment we use them, we work with body weight if not equipped. We plan separately with the goal of flexibility, tightening, weight loss, strengthening, breathing health, getting in shape. While doing sports, we get away from the boring classic pilates by chatting on different topics. So let's get it started!
