I have been a culinary instructor since 2005 offering classes in person and online for allergen-friendly dieters. I am the founder of Bella Gluten-Free allergen-friendly baking mixes and engaged in manufacturing, distributing, sales, and marketing for the company.

I like a hands-on approach to learning and when possible like to teach in person. Due to Covid I am teaching on-line currently. I teach students at all levels of experience from chefs to beginners. I love teaching the science of baking and cooking gluten free and allergen friendly foods and provide delicious recipes that everyone can make and enjoy.
