Excellent! Fatima a posé des questions pour comprendre pourquoi j'avais fait appel à un prof! elle a adapté son programme afin de m'apprendre à renforcer mon genou et m'aider à redevenir plus dynamique! Nous avons fait nos séances en plein air avec du matériel simple (élastiques, poids,...) Elle donne aussi de bons conseils sur la vie quotidienne pour améliorer ses pratiques et son alimentation !
Perfect! A l'écoute,son programme a ete parfaitement adapté a mes besoins, très sympa et les cours passent super vite avec Fatima:) Grand merci et je vous conseille sans hésiter !!
