About Kuylan
Fitness changed my life. I went from an inactive, unhealthy individual to someone who genuinely loves pushing the limits of what my body can achieve both physically and mentally. The gym, combined with a healthy lifestyle can produce results far greater than a good physique - and I wish to show people how to achieve this, through a science-based approach combined with hard work - no guesswork or gimmicks.

I offer online coaching wherein we formulate a plan together, to achieve your goal physique. I build a tailored diet and training plan, which is updated according to progress based on results from weekly check ins which are conducted via WhatsApp.

Details
I charge R1000 p/m for online coaching services.
My personal training sessions in person, are R450 for an hour. If you order four sessions in a month, you receive online coaching for free. My sessions can take place at Moove gym in Rosebank (provided you have a membership) or any private gym you have access to.
