About Valdrin
Hello!
My name is Valdrin, and I am a student at St. Petersburg Collegiate High School and St. Petersburg College. I am majoring in Chemistry, as I aspire to become a physician, and because I, overall, enjoy the subject. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and weightlifting. Aside from that, I am interested in tutoring other students because I
believe that education is a very important aspect of life, as it opens up doors that could otherwise remain shut. Further, once one obtains a specific degree, it can never be taken away from them. All of this is why I strive to help everyone I possibly can fulfill their academic potential, as well as fulfilling mine.

I will slowly walk each student through the learning process. This will consist of explaining a concept, going through a practice problem using the concept, and then having the student attempt a few problems to ensure that they have learned the concept. I feel that this is the most effective way to become proficient in a subject, as it lets the tutor know whether the student is truly understanding the subject. The lessons I will be sharing are for students taking chemistry and different mathematics courses at the high school and college level.
