About Dihansa
I am an A level student, and having achieved highly in English Literature at GCSE, I hope to share my passion for literature with other students, and share some tips that enabled me to succeed in my own examinations. The exam board and texts I studied at GCSE include: AQA, Macbeth, Jekyll and Hyde, An Inspector Calls and Power and Conflict Poetry. However, I am open to teaching any of the other texts and the content of different exam boards.

English
English literature is subjective as it's purely based on personal interpretations of the different texts. Hence, I will be open to adapt my lessons according to the student's needs. My lessons would involve analysing different chapters or sections of the texts, with a clear focus on the language techniques used, context that it is written in and some of the author's intentions. I would also be focusing on essay writing, particularly looking at the structure of an essay by reading exemplar work. My aim is to focus on one chapter/scene/poem per lesson, and each lesson would involve a review of the content and at the end writing a paragraph like an exam style response.
