About Josh
I began learning piano and singing at the age of 6, reaching grade 8 in Singing and Grade 7 in piano. I began teaching myself guitar at the age of 12 and since then have performed at many events from musicals to concerts and more recently gigs.

My teaching method is to learn with the student. I aim to give my students a basic understanding of their preferred instrument at entry level, to give them a stepping stone into developing their own style. I am very calm and understanding of the difficulties that arise when learning a new instrument, but strive to keep students engaged and interested, utilising my teaching tactics for enjoyable lessons.
