About Ben
I am a pianist, composer and arranger with a strong music theory knowledge who is passionate about sharing my knowledge with others. Online, I have helped several self-taught musicians gain a more confident grasp on the subject and also assisted friends and family in their musical knowledge such as my brother's ABRSM grade 5 theory.

I am willing to give lessons based on ABRSM grades, or even as an assistance to GCSE or A level music. I am happy to start at any level. My approach is to relate the theory to a practical purpose as it makes it more meaningful, for example explaining a particular style of piece and then having the student learn or write a piece in that style.
