About Jalia
Hi I’m Jalia, Im currently a Textiles/Art Student who incorporates my love for music into my work. I’ve been studying piano (Grade 8) for 15 years along with the violin (Grade 6). I’m looking for a way to bring back and make use of all the years of playing the piano and what better way than to pass on all the tricks i’ve learnt through the many teachers and tutors i’ve had. I truly believe it’s never to late to start no matter what age ! All beginners welcome

I create an engaging environment for young beginners learning piano by incorporating games, storytelling, and popular songs. Each lesson includes playful activities that promote creativity, helping them explore music while developing fundamental skills, ensuring they enjoy every moment at the piano. The first lessons I’ll love to know more about the individual, what level they are at, what they enjoy and what their goals are as it’s always important to aim for something. whether that’s a particular challenging song or moving forward onto grades. (Note that I will prepare the beginners for the lower grades 1-4 only) . I want them to enjoy playing the Piano and understand the art of music.
