About Amanda
I'm a classically trained soprano, conversant with lyric soprano and soubrette repertoires. I founded VoiceWorX, TheOperaWorkshop and BitesizeDrama afterschool club, and co-founded the touring company, Randazza Opera. I've a Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree in Humanities with specialisms in Music and Literature and children's literature. I've a Master of Arts in Professional Voice Practice, and have trained as a Practitioner and vocal coach with the Birmingham School of Acting at Birmingham City University and Conservatoire. I've trained both in front of and behind the camera at ARLA (Academy of Live and Recorded Arts).

Each of my students is unique and I tailor my lessons accordingly. Not only do I teach but I ensure that my students become emotionally healthy and positive in themselves. I pay particular attention to performance anxiety and stage fright which no other teacher addresses, to my knowledge. Having suffered in the past with longterm performance anxiety, with no help, I'm keen that my students get the best and immediate support that they deserve.
