Sessions are tailored to individual needs upon initial meeting and assessment.Session hours are generally either 30 minutes or 1 hour sessions. Materials that are discussed in initial consult as well as how many sessions the client would like. I offer art therapy sessions or art class sessions. Please note art therapy is the combination of art and counselling together where as a art class is where I will teach you how to use materials.
