About Rune
I'm an active performer and have a degree in pedagogy as well as work experience teaching clarinet and saxophone, both at school and private. I am familiar with a wide range of approaches with a background from Norway and experience all through Scandinavia. I have had secondary instruments on piano and Bass clarinet, and I currently play on one Buffet Festival clarinet in Bb and one Buffet Festival clarinet in A, with a "Puccini Tosca" and "B40 Lyre" mouthpiece. While finishing my pedagogy study and working freelance I am working towards PhD.

Any level and age, I am flexible in my teaching and am used to adjusting to what I find works best for the student and what they will benefit from. My overall teaching is humanistic with the student in focus and I normally play in my lessons. One-to-one lesson allows me to teach you in the best way and make sure you make the most progress. Length will vary depending on your request, but normally I go with 30 min for beginner and 1 hour for more experienced.
