About Mikaela
My name is Michaela Oliver, and I’m passionate about helping others feel confident in their English skills. I’ve always enjoyed working with people and explaining things in a way that makes sense, which is what led me to tutoring. Seeing someone go from feeling unsure to fully understanding something is one of the most rewarding parts of teaching for me.
I want to teach English because it’s such an important skill in everyday life—whether it’s for school, work, or simply communicating with others. I understand that learning a language can feel overwhelming at times, and I aim to make that process easier, more comfortable, and even enjoyable.
My goal is to create a supportive environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions, make mistakes, and grow at their own pace. I believe that with the right guidance and patience, anyone can improve and succeed in English.
