About Lindsey
I graduated from Brown University with a B.S. in Cognitive Neuroscience (magna cum laude) in 2020. I have 3-years experience as a Life Sciences consultant, specifically in patient services product development and implementation.
While at Brown, I worked as a teaching assistant for a university social sciences course (3 years), and additionally have tutored high school students regarding ACT prep and college essay writing.
As for my non-work passions, I am dancer and also love to cook (and eat) Italian food :)

My tutoring approach is as unique as it is effective, tailored to each student's individual learning style and needs. I focus on building a strong foundation of fundamental concepts before moving on to more complex topics. This ensures that students not only grasp the current material but also have a solid base for future learning. I also incorporate real-life examples and interactive activities into my lessons to make concepts come alive. This not only helps students understand the material better but also keeps them motivated and eager to learn more.
Lessons will follow the student’s curriculum and associated assignments/test preparation. My intent is to fit each session to the student’s current needs — whether it’s support with newly introduced concepts in class, homework support/revisions, or studying for an upcoming exam.
Tutoring in general Math and Science classes are open to middle-high school students. Tutoring in advanced sciences, such as A.P. Psychology or A.P. Biology are open to high-school students.
