About Olivia
I started flute lessons at the age of 9, and since then I have had multiple teachers. From this I have gathered lots of resources and advice about the flute, as well as experience from playing in multiple orchestras and ensembles. My main goals are to help students to improve their musical listening ear, confidently prepare them for the goals they want to achieve and to help them enjoy flute playing as an escapism from the stresses of every day life.

I make lessons fun and mentally stimulating for students, encouraging them to then come independent in practice time. I believe that students should play repertoire that they enjoy, and that having a goal whether this is an exam or a particular piece in mind is key to having motivation.
