About Lorrin
I am a young adult, new to the professional world, who works an educational nonprofit that provides resources to for teachers and families to teach children about where their food comes from. I am passionate about our mission "to build awareness, understanding, and a positive public perception of agriculture through education." In addition to my professional career, I am also passionate about acting, singing, language learning, and traveling! With me, your zeal and curiosity for learning will certainly grow!

I tutor based on the different learning styles. I provide interactive teaching by demonstration, example, and then practice. By actively asking questions as I teach, students are able to read, recall and retain. What sets me apart as a tutor is understanding that students struggle with learning because they find it difficult to connect with the material. I help build those academic to real-life connections to help students stay engaged in their learning process! I tutor elementary, middle and high school students. In addition, I help adults with professional development (resume building, cover letter building and interview prep).
