About Md Niamul
My name is Md Niamul Ahsan and I am a passionate and dedicated teacher. I have always loved learning and sharing my knowledge with others. Teaching is not just a profession for me, but a calling and a mission. I want to teach because I believe that education is the key to personal growth, social change, and global development. I want to inspire my students to discover their talents, pursue their dreams, and make a positive difference in the world. As a teacher, I aim to create a stimulating and supportive learning environment where my students can thrive and achieve their full potential. I also want to learn from my students, as they have unique perspectives and experiences that enrich my own. Teaching is a rewarding and meaningful career that gives me joy and fulfillment.

My tutoring philosophy is based on the idea that each student is a unique learner who deserves a tailored teaching approach. To achieve this, I first get to know my students personally and academically, by learning about their strengths and weaknesses, their learning preferences and styles, and their goals and aspirations. Then, I create a customized learning plan for each student, which outlines the specific objectives, methods, resources, and feedback that will help them succeed. I also keep track of their progress and make adjustments to the plan as needed, to ensure that they are meeting the desired outcomes.
I employ a range of teaching techniques and strategies to accommodate different students and contexts. For instance, I use visual aids, examples, analogies, games, quizzes, and exercises to make the lessons more fun and interactive. I also use scaffolding, questioning, modeling, and coaching to support the students in their learning journey and help them acquire new skills and knowledge. I also invite the students to ask questions, express their opinions, and reflect on their learning.
I aim to create a positive and supportive learning environment for my students. I value their individuality, diversity, and opinions. I acknowledge their efforts and achievements, and provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement. I also inspire them to challenge themselves, set high standards, and pursue their goals. I also build a relationship of trust and rapport with my students, by being friendly, empathetic, and attentive.
