About Sarujan
I’m a maths tutor with a strong interest in helping students build confidence and actually understand what they’re learning. I started tutoring to support GCSE students who find maths frustrating or confusing, and to show them it can be broken down into something manageable. I enjoy seeing students improve over time, especially when topics start to click and their confidence grows.

I offer structured and engaging GCSE maths lessons focused on building real understanding, not just memorising methods. Each session typically starts with a clear explanation of a topic, breaking it down step by step so it actually makes sense. We then move onto practice questions, starting simple and gradually increasing difficulty to build confidence and exam readiness. I adapt lessons based on the student’s ability, focusing on weak areas while reinforcing strengths. I also include exam-style questions and tips to help improve problem-solving and technique under pressure. The goal is to make maths feel more manageable and help students steadily improve their grades.
