About Olivia
So my name is Liv. I am 21 years old. I live in Bracknell and I am a Speech and Language Therapist at a Special Educational Needs School. I have observed so many lessons and teachers inspire me everyday. The teachers I have seen (in mainstream schools as well) change their learning approach for every child. As someone who struggled and had to get tutoring herself, I want to put the teacher’s approach into tutoring. However, I want the students to find the topics exciting and that they understand the topic as well. Therefore, they can succeed in their own way.

I really struggled to learn at school because of my dyslexia. I know that from my understanding of dyslexia and I work in Special Needs School, I want every student to be able to learn their way. So I want to have a personalised learning approach for each student. Whether the learning is through kahoots or Quizlet, to going through exam papers or trying to make the learning exciting for them in what they deem as exciting.
