About Jenni
Hello! My name is Jennifer, and I'm 25 years old. In the past, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed helping my younger siblings and neighborhood children with their schoolwork. This passion led me to travel to Bali after graduating from high school, where I volunteered to offer tutoring in a different culture and gain further experience. The time I spent there—and especially the children—will always have a special place in my heart! Since then, I've developed a lot of patience ;)
Besides traveling, I love expressing my creativity through cooking and baking. I also enjoy meeting up with friends and regularly engaging in sports, where variety is key for me. From training at the gym to yoga, football, badminton, dancing, and running, I'm involved in everything. I particularly love being active outdoors in nature and often follow it up with a little meditation.
Mindfulness practices are personally very enriching for me and help me reduce stress. That’s why I also decided to become a Mindfulness teacher, helping others regulate their nervous system (including emotions).

People around me often say that they feel safe in my presence and not judged because of my “sunshine energy”. I am very kind and compassionate and also very optimistic. I believe in the potential of everyone, including my students, even if they don't.
So far I taught Math for primary school students, Biology courses for teenagers in high school as well as Mindfulness workshops.
My background in Psychology and Neuroscience also allowed me to coach women 1:1 and help them transform from an emotional eater to a mindful eater.
Even though I worked with so many people, my approach is always personalized and tailored to the person I work with.
