About Minako
Im 24 year old from Japan. I have studied abroad on my own since I was 12. I first studied at a business school and worked in marketing for two years before realising life’s better spent following my passion. Since then I have travelled to New Zealand with a scholarship in science to major in Biology. I have then joint a research program which had allowed me to grasp the reality of research and currently working a a scientist at a laboratory in Grafton.

With studying I’m more of a visual learner so will explain difficult context through diagrams. Also I am very passionate about science especially biology related topics, hence will make sure to make education more stimulating and keep it interesting without losing the important context. Can also provide insight into assignments or research by validating ideas and concepts for a clearer vision and focus. As I have experience working full time and studying full time can help provide advise with time management as well.
