My Electrical, Electronics, and Communication Engineering educational foundation from Massey University provides a solid technical background, enhancing my ability to perform with precision and analytical acumen.
My extensive experience in the EFTPOS industry, notably at Viaduct Eftpos Limited and Smartpay NZ Ltd, underscores my technical proficiency and dedication to maintaining high standards. At Viaduct Eftpos Limited, I served as a Maintenance Technician, where I was responsible for diagnosing and coordinating the repair of EFTPOS machines, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability. This role required meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining clean, well-functioning machines, contributing to seamless transaction experiences for clients.
At Smartpay NZ Ltd, I excelled as a Dispatcher, configuring EFTPOS machines for dispatch to client companies and managing various administrative tasks.
