About Savinay
I’m Sav and I’m a recent graduate from Oxford.
I really enjoy teaching. Over lockdown I ran free Greek and Classical Civilisation classes over Zoom. I love English, Classics and related subjects and I would hope to inspire a love (or at least an acceptance) of these subjects as well as teaching required information.

I have experience with the AQA English specification up to A level, the OCR Classical Greek specification up to GCSE and the OCR Classical Civilisation specification up to A level. I received A*s in my A level English and ClassCiv.
As my degree is in Classical Archaeology and Ancient History I can teach a wide range of ancient historical topics beyond the specification.
Sessions would last up to an hour and would be modelled on the Oxford tutorial system so would be heavily discussion based whilst still covering required content for the exams.
