About Sudhiksha
I am passionate about tutoring because it allows me to support and empower students who need tailored assistance that public education systems often cannot fully provide. Every student deserves an educational approach that adapts to their unique learning style, and I am committed to helping them overcome challenges and achieve their potential.
Tutoring also gives me the opportunity to encourage students who may be struggling academically or mentally by offering patient communication and teaching methods that create a safe and understanding environment. I believe that building a student's confidence is key to unlocking their ability to thrive, and I strive to ensure they feel supported and capable every step of the way.
Additionally, I am excited to foster further education and learning among students who are already excelling. By challenging them with advanced content and encouraging their curiosity, I aim to build their confidence and inspire a lifelong love of learning.

I recently graduated from Penrith Selective High School with an ATAR of 96, with band 6's in English Advanced, Math Advanced and Biology and E4 in English Extension 1.
Experience:
• Held private tutoring lessons at home for students in Year 7-9, particularly in English and Science (2022-present)
• Created and provided specialised materials for students, depending on strengths and weaknesses, as well as created a term-by-term schedule of content and assessments based on the needs for students and parents.
I offer a tailored teaching experience, by meeting with the students and parents before commencing lessons as means to discuss strengths, weaknesses and preferred methods of learning. I will then request for the certain subjects' syllabuses and create a term-wise plan, depending on the proximity and difficulty of assessments approaching. If the student is confident to move forward with the year's syllabus, I will do so if requested. Finally, I will meet with students and parents at the end of the term again, to reflect on the student's progress and refine my teaching methods as required. Further details will depend on the subject taught and student's year group.
