About Xavier
I spent my undergraduate career as a TA, individual tutor and facilitator for fundamental STEM courses such as the calculus sequence, linear algebra and fundamentals of linear systems. With these opportunities, I have a lot of experience both effectively teaching students one-on-one at their pace and to groups of students with different learning styles.

I have a vast knowledge of programming in different languages from Python to C++ and Java and for different courses / topics. My programming sessions always start with understanding what we’re doing, in addition to going over definitions and concepts which in turn will help us form a plan or steps for us to follow. Once a plan or set of steps have been created, we will then put them into action with a few practice problems we will do both together and on your own.
