About Lash
After working for several years as an afternoon teacher I gained knowledge to one central theme ,that being , "To teach is to learn twice over" . I hope to learn as much from you as I am confident you will learn from me . We alI know how difficult it is to put yourself out there , especially in the realms of asking for help ; but never forget , all of your dreams can come true as long as you have the courage to pursue them. I will always cheer you on , inspire your confidence as well as give you tough love when necessary . Your level of success is determined by your level of perseverance and discipline . My approach is very simple ...patience !
I firmly believe that all good things take time and you need someone on your side that will never give up on you, especially on hard days (there will be a few) when you feel like giving up , with me as your tutor you'll always know that we are in this together .
When it comes to literature , writing and reading I prefer to keep my lessons from Middle to High School level . For ESL students I prefer Adult /College Level .
My techniques are solely based on/catered to the individual that I'm working with . No two people , brains , or learning styles are alike , so my lesson plans will always be specific to YOU !
