About Christian
Ever since I became fluent in French when I was younger, I have been inspired to learn new languages. I learnt that the more languages you speak, the more people you are able to communicate with and ultimately connect with-- this makes life richer. I now speak English, French, Spanish and a conversational amount of German. My selfish draw to teaching is the fulfilment I feel from helping someone learn a new phrase, conjugate a new verb tense, or correctly pronounce a new word. It is these experiences that have led me to want to teach more people.

As it is ultimately the student's time, I always make sure to first ask what it is the student wants to learn or focus on, in order to make the most of the sessions. Conversational practice, writing practice, grammar practice-- from this list I tailor my sessions based off of what the student needs to work on most. I typically teach 1 hour sessions, but can also do 2 hours. Having been a French student all my life, I can say with confidence that any lesson that exceeds 2 hours becomes unproductive after the second hour.
