About Clarissa
Hello Hello! I am a graduate from the University of California, San Diego and I got a bachelor's degree in Biology. I have tutored for many years now in multiple subjects and I enjoy it dearly. Some places I have tutored at is Ingenium Enrichment, which was an after school program for 1st-8th grade. I have also privately tutored students in algebra, geometry biology, chemistry, physics, and english.

I have privately tutored children as young as 3 to college students, I have also nannied and worked for an after school tutoring program throughout high school and college. So, I have had many years to learn how to tutor and most importantly how to be patient and understand that every person has a unique learning style. I always try to find different methods to help someone learn and I make sure they feel comfortable voicing their frustration or confusion. At the end of the lesson I like to create individualized worksheets and study guides to help further solidify the understanding of the subject.
