About Emily
I am due to graduate from the University of Kent this April and have completed internships for a publishing company in London. There I spent my time writing descriptions of books and proof reading other content to be shared with our clients.
I waitress part time and am very outgoing. I play lacrosse in my free time, so am good at working with others in order to achievea common goal.
I have worked with children of all backgrounds and have always been able to establish strong connections, no matter how difficult it may be to inspire engagement.

I study English Literature and History at the University of Kent and graduate in April 2024. I am on track to achieve a 2:1. I have never received below a 2:1 throughout my time at university. I studied both English Literature and History at GCSE and A Level and am ready to help students at these stages, or younger, tackle these exams.
I believe that with enough preparation and the right framework of an essay in mind the essay can begin to write itself once the step-by-step process becomes second nature.
I have worked with disabled children, disabled adult and taught lacrosse at Camp America this summer and am now coaching at a local school. I am very used to working with children and am very patient.
I am happy to offer any length of lesson you require, depending on what task it is that needs tackling.
Having struggled with learning difficulties through school I know how hard it can be to get your head around such a wordy subject. With the right methods and frameworks it becomes a lot easier to approach. I am ready to share this with students who are ready to learn!
