About Vishakha

I am a highly dynamic, qualified and experienced professional with the extensive background in research, teaching and business development gained from education and employment in retail and teaching sectors. I am equipped with the ability to thrive while performing complex and tedious tasks whilst ensuring high productivity and accurate yields especially in the field of research and education. Key to success is strong communication in delivering quality learning.

I am articulate, pragmatic, commercially minded, analytical and solutions-focused, with exceptional drive and enthusiasm. My years of experience in collaborating with stakeholders at every level have improved my natural interpersonal and leadership skills, further enabling me to empower and reinvigorate teams in achieving organisational objectives and generating and implementing ideas for continuous improvement.

About the lesson

My teaching methodology is practice-based learning. I believe the more you practice, the more you learn. Along with this, I design teaching strategies according to the strengths and weaknesses of a student. This provides me with insight into the level of assistant required for a student. In my past English teaching experience, I have dealt with students of all the age groups. I prefer to know their level of English rather than providing learning material. I work together with students to overcome their weaknesses.
