About Ella
I am a university graduate currently working full time in finance sales. Throughout my schooling I was passionate about mathematics and went into a career in accounting. Although I have pivoted into a more relationship-based job, I strongly believe math is a challenging but beneficial part of a student's skill set and want to help them be at their best.

I will collaborate with students to understand how they learn and what methods work for them. Coming from a sales background, I have experience managing a vast amount of people and different communication styles. My lessons will be online & will be based on current struggles/learning barriers the student is experiencing.
