About Jannette
My name is Jannette Leal and I am 35 years old. I studied English Literature at the University of Texas-Pan American. I really enjoy the romantic period which was between 1798-1837. I learned to appreciate the world around me during this time. My favorite author is John Keats and my favorite poems would be Lucy Grey (my daughters name is Lucy) and Ode to Nightingale.

My lessons will be educational as well as a fun way to remember literature using every day events/items. Examples include trees, grass, flowers which in turn will remind students of the Romanticism period. Using John Keats as an example, students will read Ode to Nightingale and will learn to appreciate nature whether its by being intoxicated or completely sober.
