About Ebere
I am Dr. Ebere Chukwu. I am presently a teacher. My area of specialization is Advanced English Syntax. I desire to teach English because I wish to help students of English as a second language understand English syntax. I want to expose them to Chomsky’s Principles and Parameters approach. Students of English as L2 usually run away from syntax. It is believed that after their interaction with me, they will begin to find the course less difficult.

I am a doctor of philosophy (English language). My teaching will cover syntactic categories, syntactic relations, phrases, clauses, movement operations, sub theories in Government and Binding, phases, Minimalism, English as L2, etc. My teaching will be explanatory and will include theory and practice. Review questions will be given at the end of each topic to ascertain progress. Students of creative writing will be exposed to style and situational variables that would enhance creativity.
