About Damata
With my experience of teaching ELA at different high schools including Liberty High School, and online classroom settings, I am a teacher who understands classroom management, and lesson planning to better students’ learning. Assessments are also important to measure students' growth and help with areas that need improvement.

I have experience teaching at 3 different high schools, in person and online. I also led a reading intervention class at Jane Long Academy. My lesson plans follow the « I do », « you do », « we do » strategy to ensure students' confidence and hands-on activities. With this strategy, I make sure I am not using a lecture mode where students are passive learners. They are involved in their own learning for better outcomes.
