About John
Simply, I am a chemist specializing in analytical chemistry, Polymer Science, formulation Science, organic chemistry and drug encapsulation and release. For my educational background and journey I recently completed a PhD program in chemistry at University of Auckland, and prior to PhD I obtained MSc in polymer chemistry from University of Helsinki, Finland, and a bachelor degree in science education majoring in chemistry with a biology minor from University of Cape Coast, Ghana. I believe in sharing knowledge and ideas as pivotal in global education, civilization and development. I love imparting knowledge to the younger ones who are the future managers of the universe as a means of preparing them by equipping them with the relevant skills and installing in them the right attitudes and knowledge that are needed to become responsible adults and effective managers of the universe, the preparedness to overcome future challenges. Education is the key, and a must for all.

Professionally trained teacher with over 5 years of practical teaching experience while working for the Ghana Education Service. I taught chemistry, biology and general science at the senior high school level. Previously as a doctoral researcher I was also a graduate teaching assistant in charge of coordinating, supervising, monitoring undergraduate practical chemistry laboratory course and experiments as well assessing and evaluating student lab reports. Additionally, have excellent chemical research, synthesis and analytical skills. Possess extraordinary ability to bridge theory and practice while teaching, and good at planning, designing and presenting lesson content by placing students at the center and ensuring their active participation and maximum interaction and learning.
