About Natalie
I am a recent graduate of the University of Cambridge in Anglo-Saxon, Norse and Celtic. My undergraduate degree is in Medieval History from the University of St Andrews. My primary research interest is Old Norse literature, which I am planning to continue in my PhD beginning next year. These courses have given me access to teaching in the English, Archaeology, and Classics faculties as well, which allow for a widespread of knowledge at my disposal. I currently read 5 ancient languages: Latin, Old English, Middle English, Old Norse, and Gothic, and hope to expand to others in the future. Next year I will have two articles published (one in a journal, the other in a book) and have presented at a variety of conferences on my research interests.

With four years of mentorship and tutoring, I take a collaborative approach with my students. With lessons lasting about 1 hour on average, each session in broken down into teaching and active discussion, involving the student's interests as much as possible. My lessons are for GCSE and A Level students who are interested in working with me to create a unique style of teaching to best fit their needs.
