About Parnesh Naidu
I am 50 years of age. I have recently migrated to Victoria, Australia from Fiji. In Fiji, I worked for 30 years in the secondary school (years 9 - 13) in various positions including mathematics teacher for levels 9 to 13, Head of Department Mathematics, Assistant Principal, and Principal. I regard mathematics as a skill-based, problem-solving subject which helps us to develop various skills that are helpful to us in further education, workforce, and even in life skills. I promote mathematics.

I propose a diagnostic test on the topic the learner is interested to learn. This allows me to assess the base knowledge the learner possesses. I tailor-make activity-based learning sheets for the learner from the beginners and guide the learner through from basic knowledge to higher-level comprehension and application problems. I prefer a problem-solving based approach to teaching and learning.
