Melissa is an outstanding teacher. She’s very patient and supportive when it comes to practicing and going through all I’ve learned from our previous learning sessions. She has this calm and reassuring demeanour that is reflected in her teaching style. It always made me feel a lot more confident.

Another aspect of Melissa’s teaching is that she emphasises learning from mistakes. She creates an environment where I felt encouraged to explore and express myself without fear of saying the wrong words or using incorrect grammar. I feel that this approach enhances the learning experience and also ensured that there was no nervousness or self-doubt.

I truly value our sessions. I have gained so much from them. And Melissa will check up on me to make sure I’m on track making progress. I did not expect this level of dedication from her, but I am glad she really pushed me to do better and keep improving. She is an exceptional English teacher.
