About Lydia
I'm Lydia, I'm 23 and I'm from Durham in the north east of England. I would like to offer my services as a tutor because I had a tutor at GCSE and I found it extremely useful. I did a year abroad studying in southern Germany and working in a language school in southern France. Following graduation, I worked as an English language assistant in Ulm, southern Germany. Here, I assisted in English lessons by helping students with English vocab and grammar, and with their speaking skills. During this time I also developed my own language skills and knowledge of the culture as I spoke German with my colleagues and flatmates and the students at the school would also share stories with me.

Perfect! Lydia is kind and friendly, a natural teacher with a great personality and a pleasure to have around. My teenage son is now excited to be learning German, (and there's very little else he's excited about)
