Having known Heather for the better part of a decade I can honestly say that I have never met anyone who is as passionate and understanding as her when it comes to education, let alone if it's to do with Music or Books. Her patience and understanding are quite frankly the things of myth and she is always eager to keep her mind on the cutting edge of her subjects, always reading up and learning new things not because it looks better on a CV but because it is her genuine interest.
