About Théophile
Graduate in musicology. Professional musician in different worlds (Medieval, traditional music, Pop-folk, Jazz ...). I also studied at the Montpellier Conservatory (composition, viola da gamba, singing, solfege ...). Passionate about world music, I am very inspired by the music of the Mediterranean basin (Turkey, Greece, Spain, Bulgaria ...).

I adapt my courses to your desires and your level. For beginners: -Possibility to play with or without partition. - Basic music. -Possibility to go through improvisation, learning by ear, according to your desires and your facilities. For the more experienced / advanced musicians, I am especially specialties in the current music and world music, so I propose: - Extended cello playing techniques: Bass lines, how to play the chords and accompany a song / melody. - Development of rhythmic playing on the cello: Hold a groove, composed measures.
