About Arnau
I have a degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences (CAFE) and sport has always been an essential part of my life. My experience includes being a CrossFit, Strength, Crosstraining and outdoor functional classes trainer. In addition, I have extensive experience in carrying out personalized training, adapted to the needs of each person. My passion for sport and well-being drives me to help others achieve their physical goals and enjoy the journey.
