About Xandria
Hello! I'm Xandria, I graduated with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Physics, specializing in physics education from Texas State University in 2020, and have been working as a physics education research scientist since 2018. I've been an educator since 2014, and have taught everything from elementary math to classical cello.
I'm currently pursuing a graduate degree in physics with a teaching emphasis from East Texas A&M University, and believe in a student-centered approach to learning. I strive to tailor lessons to students' strengths and aim to build up areas of low confidence through building problem-solving skills and learning tools to succeed.

I believe in personalized teaching practices that focus on the individual needs and strengths of the student.
With 8 years of physics teaching experience, I know that there are multiple ways to approach a problem, and uplift students' strengths in order to teach problem-solving skills that allow them the independence and confidence to work on their own with support from me.
I have experience teaching students as young as 5 to veteran students in university, and work to make the difficulties of learning as stress-free and approachable as possible.
