About Sonia
Sonia has more than 2 years’ experience in teaching Psychology to young audiences. She is a recent graduate in Psychological Sciences and Techniques from UCSC Milano, about to begin a Master’s in Clinical Psychology at La Sapienza University in Rome.

Sonia believes in a student-centred approach to the coaching process, in which the mentor has a maieutic role in guiding the pupil towards harnessing their true and authentic potential.
Her favourite author is C. G. Jung, however she believes that psychology represents the conjunction between the past philosophies of the mind, with their metaphysical or more mystical perspectives of the human psyche, and the modern scientific approach, with its empirical and experimental means of collecting information.
