About Lucy
I am a Modern Languages Student (Spanish and French) who grew up between Hong Kong and London and thus have a great cultural awareness. I have taught over 20 international students studying English as a second language at the University of Exeter, creating tailor made learning plans to develop their chosen skills (listening, reading, writing, comprehension etc). I understand how difficult it can be to learn a language and I want to make the process slightly less daunting by understanding your needs to help achieve your goals. I am available for Spanish, French or English as a second langauge tutoring for speakers of any native langauge!

Achieving a level 3 TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) qualification during my degree, I have taught over 50 international students learning English in order to study at the University or Exeter. Having studied foreign languages at university, I know how daunting it can be. I therefore strived to create tailor made learning plans and materials to suit their needs and requests, targeting specific written, oral, listening and reading goals. I want to continue to help students up to A level Spanish or English as a second language develop their languages in a way that suits them. Sessions may vary from 1-2 hours depending on individual student requirements. Please do get in touch if you are interested!
